To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Note: Certain items such as opened hair extensions or products marked as final sale are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
